L1 visa – Help needed filling DS160
My company asked me to apply L1 visa again. Already US Consulate Chennai refused my L-1B request on December 2011. Then I tried L1-Individual and the USCIS denied it on May 2012. I have following questions
1. Do I need to specify both L1B refusal and L1-Individual denial while filling the DS160 in “Have you ever been refused a US visa” explanation section?
2. What is the relationship I need to select in US Contact information? whether “BUSINESS ASSOCIATE” or “EMPLOYER”? I provided account manager name as contact person name.
